All of our custom and machine work is guaranteed for quality of workmanship. It is not common, but mistakes happen. If something is wrong with the work please reach out and discuss it with us. We will make it right.

Suppressors are fully warrantied for quality of manufacturing and device concentricity but we cannot warranty against out of spec barrel threads. If you get a baffle or endcap strike on your suppressor, the most likely culprit is the threading of your barrel. It is NOT uncommon for factory threaded firearms (even some high end ones) to have threads that are not perfectly concentric to the bore or have shoulders that are not perfectly perpendicular to the bore. These two things are paramount for muzzle mounted devices such as suppressors to mount and operate correctly. Please check suppressor alignment visually, or preferably with a tight fitting alignment rod on every firearm you intend to use it on, prior to shooting your suppressor. That being said, if you do get a baffle or endcap strike, please contact us for repair/recore of your suppressor, and if needed we can thread your firearm with correct in-spec threads so it doesn't happen again.

Additionally, suppressors are a consumable item to a degree. If you wear out your suppressor and it no longer performs to your satisfaction, contact us and we can re-core it for a small fee.
